Terry and Cheryl Fletcher have been residents of Keller, TX since 1992. Shortly after their arrival they had added to their family with two son’s Brandon and Sean. They have since raised their family in Keller and operate their family owned business, S & B Roofing and Remodeling.
We kicked it with Cheryl to learn more about their love for Keller, their community involvement, and their business. These are the people that make up this great community and this is just one story of many we will get to know over time.
Terry and I started our family here in Keller with Brandon being born in 1994 and Sean in 1995.
Brandon married Jennifer in 2019 giving us a daughter in love. Brandon, Jennifer, and Sean are all graduates of Keller High School and Texas A&M University, Whoop!
We are an avid sports family and enjoy golf, boating and hunting as a family. Brandon is a die-hard Mav’s fan aka MFFL, Mav’s Fan For Life!
We also have two Rottweilers, Behr (8) and Major (7).

We have enjoyed raising our family in Keller and love so many things about it. The people, Home-town Feel/Community, Walking Trails, The Pointe, Sky Creek Ranch Golf Course, Keller Library, Bear Creek Park. It has been a great place to raise our family and make our home.
As a family where do you like to kick it?
We like to kick it by serving in the community. We also love to keep it in Keller and frequent local restaurants and businesses often.
Are you a part of any organizations or clubs in town?
Keller Chamber of Commerce, Golden Triangle Rotary, and Keller Women’s Club. We joined all of these organizations because we have a passion to serve and they have afforded us many opportunities to do that in so many ways. By staying connected with various organizations it helps us also know where there is a need while always keeping us involved in the community.
Our business is also a sponsor for: KCAL CTE Ash Sponsor, Amira’s House, and SOS (Serving Our Seniors)
Our family has a giving heart and genuine passion for helping people.
What is your business that you own in Keller?
We started S&B Roofing and Remodeling in Keller in 2003. For almost 20 years, we have served the DFW area in residential and commercial roofing. In 2002, we expanded our services to include fencing, siding, windows, concrete, painting as well as texture, flooring and other interior/exterior remodels. Our business is faith-based and family-owned. S & B are the first initials of both of our sons. We are fiercely driven and committed to excellence and respect for our clients. It is the core values of what we stand for. We have experienced first hand the incredible benefits of helping people which is why serving others is at the heart of what we do in all things.
What are some of your favorite events to attend in Keller?
KHS Football and definitely the Krawfish Krawl
Keller Krawfish Krawl is held annually in April on the City of Keller Town Green.
It was so great kickin’ it with the Fletchers! It is so fun learning about long time residents and new residents alike. Cheryl and Terry alongside their boys have been an incredible asset to the community and it is really an honor to know them as well. They are very active in the community in so many ways but, it makes it easy when you live here, work here, and play here. You truly make friendships and connections in so many ways! The more you get involved, the more you realize how important community really is.
